I just placed an order for a sens fragrance. When will it arrive?

  • We are a small team packaging all orders by hand! You can expect your product in 7-9 business days

The sens product I ordered is not the right fit for me. What is your return policy?

  • For 20 mL or less products, we do not accept returns. Due to safety precautions, we only accept returns of unopened products above 20 mL. Please reach out to scentsbysens@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt, and we will provide a return label

How do I use my sens fragrance?

  • Shake before using. We recommend patch-testing on elbows. Our ingredients are safe, but remember, every individual's chemical composition is different. Even all natural ingredients may cause allergies. Stop use if irritation occurs. For external use only

My spray bottle is not working, what should I do?

  • Occasionally, our first generation spray mechanisms will get stuck. Manually pull up on the spray mechanism. If this does not work, contact us and we will assist

    • We offer 10% off your first order as an email subscriber, with additional future discounts via email

    Why do you use organic alcohol instead of water as the base of the fragrance?

    • We tested a water-only product, however alcohol enhances the longevity and stability of the scent
