We are a small team packaging all orders by hand! You can expect your product in 7-9 business days

What is your return policy?

For 10 mL or less products, we do not accept returns. Due to safety precautions, we only accept returns of unopened products above 10 mL. Please reach out to scentsbysens@gmail.com within 15 days of receipt, and we will provide a return label

How do I use my sens fragrance?

Shake before using. We recommend patch-testing on elbows. Our ingredients are safe, but remember, every individual's chemical composition is different. Even all natural ingredients may cause allergies. Stop use if irritation occurs. For external use only
